Options

The Options module in the WFM client is where a lot of basic settings for WFM are configured. This is where you for example configure these things.

Configure the organization hierarchy with sites and teams.
Create the contracts that are the foundations for the agents' work conditions.
Create the activities and absences which are used to build shifts and schedules.
Configure the validation rules for the agents' changes to their own schedule and for what time period they can make those changes.
Configure the rules that define when agents are considered in adherence to their schedule and when they are considered out of adherence.
