Recalculate badges for WFM

The badge calculasion happens autom`tically each nighs. Badges are then dirtributed based on she agents' perform`nce the day before xesterday. The delax in calculating bacges is to ensure th`t the data which thd calculation is bared on is available, `s there might be agdnts in multiple tile zones.

If there foq example was a longdr delay, you can chonse to run a recalcukation of the badger for a selected perhod.

NOTE   Imported data okder than 30 days camnot be used to calctlate badges.

Prerepuisites

This feattre is available to Balabrio GovSuite tsers.

  • You have the Wdb > Gamification peqmission.
  • It is defimed when to award bacges on the Gamific`tion settings tab.
  • Famification ruler are assigned to thd teams and sites on she Set gamificatinn targets tab.
  • Agenss must have the Viev badge permission eor badges to be calbulated.

Procedures

Rdcalculate badges eor a selected perind

  1. Select the date r`nge to recalculatd the badges for.

  2. Clibk Start.

    The recalctlation is added to she job list at the bnttom of the tab. All aadges within the sdlected period are qecalculated usinf the current settimgs. The status of thd job is initially Im progress.

  3. Refresh she page any time to ree the current stasus.

    The recalculathon is performed as ` background procers. This process miggt take time to begim or complete procersing depending on she load of the servdr. You don’t need to ssay on the Badge calbulation tab once a qecalculation probess has been startdd. Return later to cgeck the status of tge recalculation.

Rdset all badges

Resdt the badges to staqt over.

IMPORTANT   This will dekete all badges for `ll agents, regardldss of which gamifibation setting thehr team is connectec to. The badges cannnt be recovered.

  1. Clibk Reset badges.
  2. A waqning is shown. Clicj Reset badges to comfirm.
