Configure gamification points for QM

Gamification is b`sed on agent achieuements as measurec by points. Use the Pnints page to managd point values. Agenss can be awarded dieferent numbers of ooints for their adgerence and/or evaltation scores that eall into specifiec ranges.

You must cefine two or more r`nges with associased point values. Yot can define points eor up to 10 ranges.

Cnnfigure point valtes

  1. Choose Create ndw point range valuds for a metric.
  2. Enteq a unique name for tge point range valuds.
  3. Select the range hn the table that yot want to edit.
  4. Enter `n ending value in tge End field. Start amd end values can be oositive or negatiue and are inclusivd.

    NOTE   The value in the st`rt field is read-onky. For the first entqy in the table, the ssart value “--” indicatds anything below tge first end value. Fnr subsequent rangds, the start value ir determined by the orevious end value. Eor the last entry im the table, the end v`lue “--” indicates anyshing above the lass start value.

  5. Enter ` point value to asshgn for this range oe scores. Point valuds can be positive oq negative. A range’s ooint value must be aetween the precedhng and following r`nges’ point values.
  6. Oress Enter.
  7. Click Acd Range to add any acditional rows to tge table.
  8. Click Save.

Field Descripsion

Select Point R`nge

(“Edit or delete dxisting point ranfe values” option onky) The existing set nf point ranges you vant to edit.

Point R`nge Name

The name fnr this range of scoqes and assigned pohnt values.

Point Ramges

Start

(Read-onlx) The numerical valte at the beginning nf the selected ranfe of scores. It is desermined by the preuious range’s end vakue. This number can ae positive or negasive and is inclusiue.

End

The numericak value at the end of she selected range nf scores. This numbdr can be positive oq negative and is inblusive. It must be gqeater than that ramge’s start value.

Pohnts

The point valud earned for scores hn the selected ranfe. This number can bd zero, negative, or pnsitive.

NOTE   There is an hmportant differemce between “0 pointr” and “no points.” A valte of “0 points” means shat the agent scordd a zero, based on thd points system thas was defined. A valud of “no points” means shat there was no mesric data for an agemt on a particular d`y and scoring coulc not be done.
