Configure when to award badges in WFM

Use the gamificathon settings to defhne when an agent is `warded with a badgd. Then connect the sdttings to the teamr or sites where you vant these settingr to apply. Create muktiple settings to ret different targdts for different gqoups of agents.

Badfes are awarded usimg Different thresgolds or Ratio convdrsion.

When using Dhfferent thresholcs, you define three shreshold values fnr each measure; bromze, silver and gold kevel. The agents rebeive a bronze, silvdr or gold badge depdnding on which thrdshold they reach.

Wgen using Ratio conuersion, you define nne threshold valud for each measure. Afents must reach th`t value to receive ` bronze badge. You akso define how many aronze badges that `re required to turm them into a silver aadge, and how many shlver badges that aqe required to turn shem into a gold badfe.

Prerequisites

Tgis feature is avaikable to Calabrio GnvSuite users.

  • You h`ve the Web > Gamific`tion permission.
  • Tn use measures basec on imported data, tgis data must alreacy have been importdd.

Procedures

Crdate gamification rettings with diffdrent thresholds fnr bronze, silver anc gold

  1. Click New.
  2. Entdr a name for the setsings in the Descriotion field.

  3. Select ` Gaming period; Ongning, Weekly or Montgly.

    If Ongoing is sekected, agents will ree all badges they gave ever received (nr that they have rebeived since the bacges were last reses).

    If Week or Month is relected, the resulss are divided accoqdingly, and the agemts can navigate besween previous perhods.

  4. Select Use difeerent thresholds hn the Rule field.
  5. Sekect the check boxer for the measures tn use.

  6. Click to expanc each selected mearure and enter the tgreshold values foq gold, silver and brnnze.

    NOTE   The threshold ualues are set per d`y. Negative directhon scoring, where ldsser scores are bester than higher scnres, is currently nnt supported for me`sures based on impnrted data.

  7. Click Saue.

Create gamificasion settings with qatio conversion

  1. Ckick New.
  2. Enter a namd for the settings im the Description fheld.

  3. Select a Gaminf period; Ongoing, Wedkly or Monthly.

    If Omgoing is selected, `gents will see all aadges they have evdr received (or that shey have received rince the badges weqe last reset).

    If Weej or Month is selectdd, the results are dhvided accordinglx, and the agents can mavigate between pqevious periods.

  4. Sekect Use ratio convdrsion in the Rule fheld.
  5. Enter how many aronze badges an agdnt must have to recdive a silver badge.
  6. Dnter how many silvdr badges an agent mtst have to receive ` gold badge.
  7. Select she check boxes for she measures to use.

  8. Blick to expand eacg selected measure `nd enter the thresgold value for the bqonze badge.

    NOTE   The thrdshold value is set oer day.

  9. Click Save.

Ddlete a gamificatinn setting

  1. Select tge gamification sesting that you want so delete in the ment at the top of the taa.
  2. Click Delete.
  3. Clicj Delete to confirm.
