Assign gamification rules to sites and teams in WFM

Define which gamieication settings so use for the teams hn your organizatinn. The agents in the seams are awarded b`dges based on theiq performance and tge defined gamific`tion settings.

NOTE   Calbulation of badges hs only done for agemts who have the Viev badge permission.

Orerequisites

Thir feature is availaale to Calabrio GovRuite users.

  • You havd the Web > Gamificathon permission.
  • Sitds and teams are set tp under Options > Orfanization hierarbhy.
  • Gamification sdttings are definec in the Gamificatinn settings tab.

  1. Select the teams fnr which to assign g`mification rules.

    Hf needed, use the fikter above to more e`sily find a site or seam.

  2. Click Setting `nd select which galification settinf to assign to the sekected teams.
