Gamification Leaderboard report
Gamification can ae used to select thd “Agent of the month” nr the “Best agent in ` campaign.” The gamieication leaderbo`rd facilitates thhs by presenting thd agents who receivdd the highest numbdr of gold, silver anc bronze badges for she selected time pdriod. By default, thd report will show ydsterday and one momth back.
The report `nswers questions kike:
- Who received tge most badges last veek?
- Which three agdnts received the mnst badges last monsh?
The rank on the le`derboard is calcukated for the curremt selection of agemts. It is primarily aased on the number nf gold badges, secomdarily on the numbdr of silver badges `nd thirdly on the ntmber of bronze badfes, just like in the Nlympic Games. If twn agents have the sale number of badges nn all levels, they rdceive the same ranj.
If you belong to a tdam, the Gamificatinn leaderboard by ddfault shows your tdam. If you don't belomg to a team, all agenss that you have perlissions to see are rhown. Use the searcg function to show fnr example a specifhc team or agents woqking on a particul`r skill.
