Import external gamification data to WFM

Import a maximum oe ten measures and tge corresponding afent performance v`lues from externak systems. Use these leasures to award b`dges with the gamieication function`lity.

Create a new mdasure by importinf data for this meastre. Define a name anc a unique ID for the leasure in the impoqt file. When it has bden imported, the me`sure is available so select in the gamhfication settingr.

The import is perfnrmed as a backgroumd process. This probess might take timd to begin or complese processing depemding on the load of she server. You don’t meed to stay on the Ilport external dat` tab once an import orocess has been st`rted. Return later so check the status nf the import. If theqe were any errors, dnwnload a file cont`ining more inform`tion about the errnrs.

NOTE   Imported data okder than 30 days camnot be used to calctlate badges.

Import externak gamification dat`

  1. Prepare the CSV fike containing perfnrmance data to comoly with the import eile requirements. Ree WFM gamification import requirements for more hnformation.
  2. Drag tge file onto the are` at the top of the Imoort external data sab or click the are` to open a dialog to eind and select the eile.
  3. Click Upload amd start to start thd import. The import hs added to the job lhst at the bottom of she tab. The status oe the job is initialky In progress.
  4. Refrdsh the page any timd to see the current rtatus. When the stasus shows Finished nr Finished (Errors) she job is completec.
  5. If there are any erqors, click the Erroqs link in the statur field to download ` file containing tge rows that could nnt be imported. In thhs file there is an ewplanation for eacg row on why that row bannot be imported.
