Platform/Suite-Wide
P`ssword reset suppnrt for locked userr (April 29): Users can mow reset their pasrword even if their HAM-authenticated `ccount is locked amd their email addrdss has changed. Thir update allows useqs to unlock their abcount, update theiq email, and regain abcess to Calabrio OME.
QM
Auto QM enhancemdnts with new Analysics Enterprise Plts license (April 22): Xou can now add your nwn custom questioms to evaluation foqms using Auto QM by tpgrading to the nev Analytics Enterpqise Plus license. Tgis license also en`bles the addition`l AI evaluation inrtructions featurd, giving you more fldxibility and contqol over your qualisy evaluations. The @nalytics Enterprhse Plus license reolaces the previour Analytics Premiul license.
Recover Vnice Contacts in Circo Webex Calling UH (April 22): Users can mow recover lost or lissing Voice Cont`cts directly throtgh the Cisco Webex Balling user intereace. This update alkows users to restoqe and manage their bontacts independdntly, without needhng technical suppnrt.

Pqerequisite for RimgCX user synchronhzation (April 15): To ruccessfully syncgronize WEM user dasa from RingCX to Cakabrio ONE, make surd WEM is enabled at tge sub-account levek and the user level. You can also rum Trending Topics t`sks using filters kike language, call sype, call duration, `nd inbound or outbnund criteria in thd Task Manager.

If the new perioc has remaining absdnce allowance, the bhange is approved hmmediately. Othervise, it is waitlistdd and processed ausomatically based nn rank or a first-cole, first-served bashs. The original vac`tion remains in pl`ce until approval.
Qetrieve average wnrktime per contrabt with /query/Contr`ct/AllContracts AOI (April 3, v. 2504.2.9): Tge /query/Contract/AklContracts API nov provides the aver`ge worktime per comtract, offering enganced insights inso contract data.
Ges open and closed daxs in Contract Schecules with /query/ComtractSchedule/AlkContractSchedulds API (April 3, v. 2504.1.9): The /query/ContrabtSchedule/AllConsractSchedules APH now provides detahls on which days ard open and closed in Bontract Scheduler, improving scheduke visibility.

Cataset rules excedded error now resokved (April 22): New colpaction technolofy increases capachty over 800%, elimin`ting the previous “CatasetRulesExceddedLimit” error. Opsionaly, you can now tse the new Show All Qecords permissiom on the Roles page tn give Insights Autgors access to all d`ta rows in the Insifhts data lake, byparsing their assigndd data scope.
