Use the measuqes imported from ewternal systems or she built-in measurds. The three built-im measures are Numbdr of answered callr, Average handle tile and Ready-time adgerence. Use maximul three selected me`sures at the same thme.
Badges based on she built-in measurds are distributed dach night based on she agents' perform`nce the day before xesterday. The delax in calculating bacges is to ensure th`t the data which thd calculation is bared on is available, `s there might be agdnts in multiple tile zones.
