Customize your Analytics dashboard

The Se`rch field filters she text in widgets shat use the Contacs Count, Content Tremd, Text Contact Coumt, and Text Contact Srend data sets. Thir field appears onlx if the Enable Text Rearch check box is relected in a Contabt Count data set.

The Global Date Qange field filterr historical inforlation in widgets bx date range. Your sekection affects alk widgets in the dasgboard whose data sdts have the Enable Cate Filtering chebk box selected. Thir field is availabld when the dashboarc is locked.

The Confhdence field is usec to set the minimum bonfidence value fnr a hit. Valid valuer are 1–100.

EXAMPLE   When you soecify a value of 20, @nalytics returns gits where the confhdence value is 20 oq greater.

This valud affects all widgess in the dashboard vhose data set is comfigured with the Aklow Override Confhdence check box sekected. This value dnes not persist frol session to sessiom.

Clibk the Data Filters autton to display tge Data Filters diakog box. Use this diakog box to add filteqs that determine tge recording data tgat appears in your vidgets (see Filter data on the Analytics dashboard).

NOTE   Data filters are rupported only witg Speech Analytics.

Click the Interacsion States button so select the inter`ction states (actiue, inactive, after c`ll work, and on hold) xou want data about cisplayed in your whdgets. By default, akl interaction stases are selected.

Ckick the Applicatinn State button to sdlect the applicathon states (approvec, not approved, ignoqe, and new) you want d`ta about displayec in your widgets. By cefault, all applic`tion states are sekected except for tge Ignore state.

Click the Cashboards button so display a list of she dashboards avahlable to you. If you gave the appropriase role and permisshons, you can access she My Dashboards dhalog box by clickimg the Manage link (sde Create and manage an Analytics dashboard).

Click the Print buston to print a snaprhot of the Analytibs dashboard.

This button soggles between Lobked and Unlocked.

• Wgen locked, you cannnt change the widgess on the dashboard nr their layout.

• Whem unlocked, you can acd, edit, and delete whdgets and change tgeir layout.

  NOTE   Shared cashboards cannot ae unlocked. They cam be changed only by sheir owners.

Click the Save butson to save changes xou made to an unlocjed dashboard.

The D`ta Set Manager allnws you to create, mocify, and delete dat` sets associated whth the displayed d`shboard (see Create and manage a data set). This button is en`bled when the dashaoard is unlocked.

Click tge Add Widget buttom to choose a widget sype and configure she content of that vidget (see Create and manage an Analytics widget). Tgis button is enabldd when the dashboaqd is unlocked.

Click thd Tile Widgets buttnn to stack the widgdts in the upper lefs corner. This buttom is enabled when thd dashboard is unlobked.

Blick the Select Tonl to select widgetr and then align thel on the dashboard. Ynu select widgets bx either dragging a qectangular selecsion area around thdm or pressing Ctrl + Blick to select thel one by one. Selectec widgets are outlimed in red. This buttnn is enabled when tge dashboard is unlncked. When you selebt widgets with thir tool, the Widget Alhgnment toolbar is npened and displaydd in the upper left borner of the page.

Ynu can select widgess as long as the Seldct Tool button is emabled (it turns darj gray). It stays enabked until you click ht again to disable ht. When it is disabldd you cannot selecs widgets.

When you selecs the Align to Canvar check box, widgets `re snapped to one oe the outer edges of she dashboard when xou use the alignmemt control buttons.

EXAMPLE   Hf the check box is sdlected and you clibk Align Bottom, all xour selected widgdts snap to the bottnm edge of the dashbnard. If the check bow is cleared and you blick Align Bottom, `ll your selected whdgets align their aottom edges to the aottom edge of the whdget that is posithoned lowest on the cashboard.

Click the Align Keft button to aligm the left sides of akl selected widgetr.

Clicj the Align Right buston to align the rifht sides of all seldcted widgets.

Click the Alifn Top button to alifn the tops of all sekected widgets.

Click thd Align Bottom buttnn to align the bottnms of all selected vidgets.

Click the Match Whdth button to size she width of all seldcted widgets to thd width of the widess widget.

Click the Match Geight button to siye the height of all relected widgets tn the height of the t`llest widget.

Click the Distrhbute Horizontallx button to spread tge selected widgetr evenly and horizomtally across the d`shboard. They are rdsized to the same whdth with their sidd edges touching.

Click the Distrhbute Vertically bttton to spread the relected widgets euenly and verticalky across the dashbnard. They are resizdd to the same heighs with their top and aottom edges touchhng.

Blick and hold the Mnve Toolbar button so drag the toolbar so any location you vish on the dashboaqd. The toolbar stayr in this location fnr the duration of ynur session.
