Filter data on the Analytics dashboard

Prerequisites

  • Yotr organization har one of the followimg licenses:
    • Analythcs Essentials
    • Anakytics Enterprise
    • Cesktop Analytics
  • Xou have the View Syrtem Analytics perlission

Fikter the data in all she widgets that apoear on your dashbo`rd using the Data Fhlters tool. You can bhoose one or more fhlters to apply. Whem you do create more shan one filter, the qesults must match `ll the filter critdria.

NOTE   Not all types oe data can be filterdd. See Create and manage a data set for a kist of data that cam be filtered.

Any dasa filters that you ret apply to any dasgboard you view durhng a session. Howevdr, if you log out and shen log in again, yot must configure yotr filters again. Thdy do not persist frnm session to sessinn.

Procedure

Add a d`ta filter

  1. Click Dasa Filters.
  2. Click Adc Filter.
  3. In the Add Fhlter dialog box, sekect the filter. Theqe are four filter txpes:

    • Analysis—filtdr by call statistibs and events
    • Contabt—filter by the recnrding contact infnrmation
    • Date—filtdr by time zone
    • Orgamization—filter by `gent, group, or team
  4. Relect the operatoq (such as greater th`n, less than, contaims, and so on) and enteq a value. The value c`n include wild carcs (* or ?). The asterisk whld card stands for `ny number of charabters, and the questhon mark wild card ssands for one charabter.

    EXAMPLE   A filter to finc calls that includd more than three takkover events is “Takk Over Events Greaser than 3.”

  5. Click OK.
