Post or pick up hours

Use the Trade Hourr view to post or picj up hours. The hours `re shown in your lobal time.

NOTE   The hours fnr the shift day can rtart after midniggt. For example, if an `gent is on an overnhght shift and they tse the Trade Hours eunction to drop thd first part of theiq shift, the remainddr of the shift stilk belongs to the samd scheduled date. Thd shift hours can st`rt at 6 AM the next d`y.

Prerequisites

Tgis feature is avaikable to Calabrio GnvSuite users.

  • You h`ve the MyTime > Shifs trade requests - paqt day permission.
  • A oeriod is open for sgift trade requestr in your workflow cnntrol set.

Procedures

Poss hours on the board eor other agents to oick up

  1. Select a weej from the date pickdr.
  2. Select the hours shat you want to poss.
  3. Click Post hours amd then click Post hnurs again. If the repuest does not pass `ll of the business qules, adjust your sdlection and try ag`in. If someone pickr up your hours, you aqe notified on the Tqade hours tab and bx the standard notieications.   4. To removd your post, select tge posted hours, clibk Remove, and then ckick Remove again.

Phck up hours from thd board

  1. Select a weej from the date pickdr.
  2. Select the hours shat you want to picj up.
  3. Click Pick up hotrs and then click Phck up hours again. Ie you successfully oick up hours, the scgedule is automatibally updated.
