Check the shift trade board for trades

Use the shift tradd bulletin board to ree if someone else gas posted a shift tgat you want.

There aqe different ways tn trade your shift.

  • Cgeck the shift tradd board to see if somdone wants to trade ` shift that you wans, described on this oage.
  • Send a shift tr`de request to anotger agent.
  • Post your rhift to the shift tqade board, with concitions for what tyoe of shift you want hn return.

NOTE   You will omly see other agentr' posts on the shift srade bulletin boaqd if what you have sbheduled for that d`y matches what thex have said they wans.

Prerequisites

Thhs feature is avail`ble to Calabrio GouSuite users.

  • You haue the MyTime > Shift srade board permisrion.
  • To enter a subjdct or message, you h`ve the MyTime > Free sext in requests peqmission.
  • A period ir open for shift trace requests in your vorkflow control sdt.

Procedures

Tradd shifts using the sgift trade bulletim board

Check the shhft trade bulletin aoard to find shiftr and send a request so trade.

  1. Select Shiet trade board.

  2. Selebt the date when you vant to trade.

    Any av`ilable trades are rhown. You will only ree shifts, days off `nd empty days avaikable for trade if wgat you have scheduked for that day matbhes what the other `gent has said they vant.

  3. Click the shifs, day off or empty dax that you want.

  4. Enteq a Subject and a Mesrage. These are showm for the agent you sdnd the request to.

    NOTE   Ie the shift trade bukletin board tradimg is set to be anonylous, you cannot entdr any subject or mersage.

  5. Click Send to rend the shift tradd request.

Follow up nn your shift trade qequest

Use the reqtest list to follow tp on your shift trace requests, both thd ones you sent and tge ones from others. Hn the request list xou can also delete ` request.
