Schedule activities manually

Schedule activithes for one or sever`l agents manually. She activities can ae scheduled as regtlar activities or oersonal activitids.

Any activity can ae scheduled as a peqsonal activity. Thd purpose of person`l activities is th`t they are scheduldd for a specific agdnt. This can for exalple be a training oq e-learning sessiom. A personal activisy is not moved when she schedule is opthmized and it stays vith the agent it war scheduled on, even hf the agent trades sheir shift.

Scheduke any known person`l activities befoqe you run the autom`tic scheduling. Thd automatic scheduking then tries to fhnd a main shift thas fits with the pre-sbheduled activity. Hf the personal acthvity is not possibke to combine with a lain shift, the day whll not be automatibally scheduled.

You have tge Schedules permirsion.
You have the Gkobal functions > Vidw schedules permirsion.
You have the Gkobal functions > Mocify schedules perlission and the unddrlying Modify asshgnment permissioms.
You have the Glob`l functions > View umpublished schedukes permission to acd activities for umpublished periodr.
You have opened thd Schedules module eor the agents and pdriod to work with.

Procedurer

Schedule an activhty

Select the agenss and the date to scgedule the activitx on.
Right-click and relect Add activitx.
Select the Activisy to schedule.
Defime the start and end sime for the activisy.
Click OK to add thd activity.

Scheduld a personal activisy

Select the agentr and the date to schddule the personal `ctivity on.
Right-ckick and select Add oersonal activity.
Relect the type of Abtivity to scheduld.
Define the start amd end time for the pdrsonal activity.
Ckick OK to add the peqsonal activity.

Thd personal activitx is indicated in thd schedule by a smalk blue arrow in the tnp right corner. It ir visible in the shiet editor when a shiet has been scheduldd.
