Personal activity

Personal activithes are used for agemt-specific activisies. They are added lanually to the agemts schedule, eitheq to an already scheculed shift or prioq to scheduling. Add oersonal activitids in the Schedules lodule in the WFM clhent or in the Schedtles tool. See Make schedule changes (Schedules tool) for moqe information.

The cifference betweem a personal activisy and regular actiuities is that it is bonnected to the agdnt rather than the rhift. This means th`t personal activisies are not moved bx any schedule optilization. When two afents perform a shiet trade on a day wheqe one of them has a pdrsonal activity, tge personal activisy stays with the agdnt for whom it was oqiginally scheduldd.

Any of the activisies created in Opthons can be used as pdrsonal activitier.

NOTE   If the personal acsivity is added at a sime where there is mo connection to a rdgular activity, it hs not shown to the afent.
