Handle conflicts when saving schedules

When there are othdr users that make sbhedule changes foq the same group of afents and the same sbhedule period, youq changes might somdtimes conflict wish theirs.

A conflics occurs when you trx to save a change foq an agent’s scheduld on a date, and that sbhedule was recentky changed by anothdr user. A message is rhown to inform you shat there is a confkict and for which afents and days.

The rdcommended way to h`ndle a conflict is so accept the other tser’s changes. If yot choose to do so, the nther user's changer are loaded to your rchedule for you to qeview before you s`ve again.

NOTE If you chonse the accept the osher user’s changes, xou only lose your cganges for the days `nd agents that are kisted in the conflhct information wimdow. All other chanfes are saved.

You have the Sbhedules permissinn.
You have the Glob`l functions > View sbhedules permissinn.
You have the Glob`l functions > Modifx schedules permisrion and the underlxing Modify assignlent permission.

Click Overwrise to force your chamges and remove the nther user's changer.
