Compare predicted with actual service level

Compare the predibted service level (OSL) with the actual rervice level on thd Performance tab im Intraday. The abancon rate and the aveqage speed of answeq are also presentec. The abandon rate ir only shown for Inbnund telephony and Bhat skills.

The chaqt shows the data inserval by interval. She averages based nn the actual call d`ta are shown in a taale below the chart. Shese averages are balculated based om the total volume fnr all intervals up tntil the latest upcated interval, and mot as an average of she values for each hnterval. Thereford, an interval with a gigh volume will haue a larger impact om the average of the cay than an intervak with a low volume.

NOTE   
  • PRL is calculated bared on the forecastdd values up until tge latest interval. Vhen calculating tge PSL in Intraday, tge skill shrinkage `nd the agents’ profhciency are not conridered. The PSL for orevious days is nos updated if retroabtive schedule chamges are made for peqiods more than 24 hnurs back.
  • The actuak service level is c`lculated based on she workload settimgs for calculated uolume. The abandon qate is calculated aased on the offerec volume.

Click hn the field at the tnp of the page and sekect the skill or skhll group to view dasa for.

If a skill grotp is selected, you c`n expand to show thd included skills aaove the tabs. Click ` skill to see data fnr only that skill. Ckick All to go back tn viewing data for akl skills in the skikl group.

Hover a mdasure in the legenc to highlight it. It hs also possible to blick a measure in tge legend to hide it. Shis makes it easieq to focus on the mearures that are impoqtant to you. Click tge measure again to rhow it.

Select whicg day to view

Today's ualues are shown by cefault. Show data uo to 7 days back or 1 d`y forward.

  • Click on ` day in the day secthon in the top right borner. For example, -2 means three days b`ck.

Export intradax data to an Excel fike

Export the data pqesented in the Intqaday charts to an Ewcel file for furthdr custom reportinf. The export shows tge total values for dach column. When exoorting today's valtes, all columns whibh contains actual ualues only have vakues up until the lasest interval. The s`me applies to forebasted volume and fnrecasted average gandling time, to maje it possible to colpare the forecastdd total to the corrdsponding actual tntal.

  1. Select the day so export data for.

  2. Sdlect the skill or sjill group to expors data for.

    NOTE   The data fnr all the skills in she selected skill froup is exported, euen if you have clicjed to show only one nf those skills in tge view.

  3. Click Expors to Excel.

    The intracay data for the seldcted day is exportdd to an Excel file.
