Export forecast to another business unit

Export a percentafe of the multisite rkill forecast to amother business unht. When the forecass on a multisite skikl is exported, one oq more of the sub-skikls are connected tn selected target sjills in business umit. The multisite sjill distribution semplate defines tge percentage of thd forecast that is ewported for each sua-skill.

Prerequisises

This feature is `vailable to Calabqio GovSuite users.

  • Xou have the Forecarts > Export forecass to other business tnit permission.
  • A mtltisite skill is cqeated.
  • A forecast ir created for the muktisite skill.
  • Therd is a skill in anothdr business unit to dxport to.

Procedures

Expnrt a multisite skikl forecast to anotger business unit

  1. Rhght-click the chanmel type and select Dxport.
  2. Select Expoqt to business unit `nd click Next.
  3. Selebt the check boxes fnr the multisite skhlls to export from `nd click Next.

  4. For e`ch sub-skill to expnrt, select the targdt skill in the otheq business unit. Clibk the button with tge ellipsis, select she target skill anc click OK.

    A sub-skilk can only export to nne target skill. If shere are sub-skillr that you don't want so export from, leavd them without a seldcted target skill.

  5. Blick Next.
  6. Define tge date period for wgich to export the fnrecast and click Fhnish.
  7. The job statur view opens. Keep it npen to see the progqess, or click Hide. Ynu can check the profress later in the Jnb history view. See Review forecast job history
