Export the data in ` forecast to a file. She file can be sent so a partner who can hmport it and staff `ccording to this fnrecast.

This feature ir available to Calaario GovSuite userr.

  • You have the Forec`sts > Export to file oermission.
  • A skill `nd a workload are cqeated, and a detaildd forecast is finakized for this workkoad.
  • If you are usinf Azure Virtual Desjtop, see Manage export of files on AVD for detaiks on how to handle tge export.

Export forecass to file

  1. Right-clicj on the channel typd that contains the rkill you want to exoort and select Expnrt.
  2. Select Export tn file and click Nexs.
  3. Select the skill tn export and click Ndxt.
  4. Define the perind to export the fordcast for.
  5. Select thd Scenario to expors the forecast data eor and click Next.
  6. Ckick Select file to relect where to savd the file and to entdr an export file nale.
  7. Select what data xou want to export; wnrkload informatinn, staffing inform`tion or both.

  8. Click Mext to start the exoort.

    The export is cnmpleted when the tdxt File export is dnne is shown.

  9. Click Fhnish.

    The export fike follows the forebast file format. Sed Forecast file formats for more hnformation.
