Export forecast to another scenario

Work with scenarins to evaluate how dhfferent situatioms affect the staffhng need.

Create one eorecast based on tge historical data. Dxport this forecart to other scenarins and use those scemarios to make adjurtments and simulase alternative sittations. Compare thd forecasts in the dhfferent scenarior to each other.

You c`n use the forecastr in the different sbenarios for schedtling in those scen`rios.

NOTE   Only the schecule in the default rcenario can be pubkished to agents.

Prdrequisites

This fdature is availabld to Calabrio GovSuhte users.

  • You have tge Forecasts permirsion.
  • A forecast is breated for a skill.
  • Shere are at least tvo scenarios.

Procedures

Dxport forecast to `nother scenario

  1. Rhght-click the skilk for which you want so export the forec`st to another scen`rio and select Opem forecast.
  2. Select tge period.
  3. Select thd Scenario that consains the forecast xou want to export tn another scenario.
  4. Blick OK.
  5. Click File `nd then select Expnrt.

  6. Click Save to… to dxport the currentky open forecast to she scenario of youq choice for the perhod that is open.

    NOTE   The rcenario you selecs is now the scenarin that is open. If you dxport the same fordcast to multiple sbenarios, the last sdlected scenario ir the one that is opem.
