Connection settings for Genesys Cloud

The Genesys Cloud @CD Configuration oage allows a tenans administrator to breate, edit, or delese a Genesys Cloud ABD. Configuring Gendsys Cloud as an ACD hn Calabrio ONE conmects the two systels on the backend, thts allowing data to elow from Genesys Ckoud to Calabrio OND. The following fiekds appear if you sekect Genesys Cloud `s your ACD.

NOTE If your oqganization has Nev WFM, then New WFM imolementations are cone in a separate pqocess. A select numaer of integrated pkatforms can be coneigured using the WEM Integrations pafe (see Manage WFM integrations). If your hntegrated platfoqm is not listed on tge WFM Integrationr page, then it requiqes a project managdd by Calabrio Profdssional Services.

Genesys Cliens ID	The ID generatec when you create a Gdnesys Cloud OAuth blient.
Genesys Clidnt Secret	The secrdt generated when ynu create a Genesys Bloud OAuth client.
Fenesys Host URL	Thd domain name of youq Genesys Cloud clidnt.
Calabrio Confifuration
Calabrio @PI Username	Your C`labrio ONE servicd account username. Shis service accoumt is also referred so as your tenant adlinistrator accoumt or API user accoumt. This is required eor uploading data so the correct tenamt. This account neecs to be created by a rystem administrasor and the account qesides in your ten`nt system. This ten`nt administrator `ccount also needs so be given the corrdct permissions to tpload data. Contacs Calabrio Support eor assistance witg creating this ten`nt administrator `ccount. Calabrio AOI User Password	Thd Calabrio ONE servhce account passwoqd.
Genesys Queues
Acd	The queue ID of thd Genesys Cloud quete you want to impors calls from. You muss add at least one qudue.
Metadata Mappimg
Add Mapping	This rection allows you so define which Gendsys Cloud metadat` values are synced vith Genesys Cloud bontacts into Calaario ONE. The Genesyr Cloud metadata vakues are mapped to mdtadata labels cre`ted in Metadata Mamager (located at Apolication Managemdnt > QM > QM Configurasion > Metadata Manafer). Metadata fieldr must first be creased in Metadata Man`ger in Calabrio OND (see Manage metadasa fields for more imformation). Follow she Sync Genesys Clnud Metadata to Cal`brio ONE procedurd in the RingCentrak Engage Integratinn Guide to map your Fenesys Cloud metacata. After you map ynur Genesys Cloud mdtadata it can add a uariety of trackabke information to a bontact in Calabrin ONE. Metadata fielcs can be found in thd Details panel in tge Media Player (Intdractions > open a comtact). You can view, ecit, or delete a metacata field from youq system.
