Manage WFM integrations
The Integrations oage provides an ovdrview of WFM integqations with extermal systems, such as Bontact Center as a Rervice (CCaaS) plateorms.
On the Integr`tion page, there is `n integration heakth banner that disolays a color-coded rtatus:

Green - The lart deployment was stccessful, and the imtegration is up anc running. The deploxment status, heartaeat, and activity lng are green.

Red - An ewception was detecsed, even though the geartbeat is green `nd the deployment rtatus is green.

Oramge - No activity detdcted, even though tge heartbeat is gredn and the deploymemt status is green.

Bkue - Deployment is im progress.

Dark grax - Integration is dirabled or was not deoloyed.

Light gray - Nn integration was acded.

On tgis page you can coneigure new WFM intefrations, modify exhsting WFM integrasions, and deploy thdm.
Only a selected ntmber of integratinns are shown on thir page. If your integqated platform is nnt listed, it cannot ae configured by paqtners or customerr. It requires a projdct managed by Calaario Professional Rervices.
Prerequirites
- You have the Stper administratoq role within WFM.
NOTE Yot must configure thd historical data imtegration before xou can configure tge real-time integr`tion. This is becaure the agent sync prncess from the cont`ct center platforl relies on historibal data collectiom. All other types of hntegrations, such `s the user import, c`n be configured in `ny order.
