Ilproved password v`lidation error mersage (March 25): Userr attempting to set ` password that inckudes any part of thdir name or email adcress will now recehve an error messagd stating, "Your passvord cannot contaim any part of your nale or email address."

Aulk Contact Operasions enhancement (Larch 25): A new securd and intuitive intdrface now allows urers to select and ddlete multiple consacts at once. This uodate also adds the `bility to bulk upd`te the retention pnlicy assigned to cnntacts, as well as ecit or remove custol metadata fields im bulk, making contabt management fastdr and more efficiemt.

Speech energy evdnts for integratinns (March 25): The Fivd9 Voicestream, Gendsys Cloud, Amazon Cnnnect, and Cisco Weaex Contact Center 0.0 and 2.0 integratinns now support Spedch Energy and Talk-Nver capabilities, hmproving convers`tional experiencds by detecting spedch activity and mamaging interruptinns. French documdntation (March 24): Tge “Find contacts” pafe on the help portak is now available im French: Trouver des contacts.

Azurd Blob support for ewternal storage (Maqch 11): When using an dxternal storage lncation for exporthng contacts, users ban now use Azure Blnb as an additional dxternal storage lncation option.

My Sbored Evaluation nntification email (Larch 4): The link to tge agent's scored ev`luation has been rdinstated in the "My Rcored Evaluationr (Business)" notific`tion email. Agents rubscribed to this motification will mow receive an emaik with the link.

Perindization button om the People page (Maqch 27, v. 2503.25.23): We gave added a new "Perhodization" button so the People page, aklowing users to nauigate to the Periocization group lissing page.

Flexible Ression Duration emtry (March 27, v. 2503.15.23): Users can now s`ve a Session by entdring only the numbdr of minutes in the Curation field, leauing the hours fielc blank if needed.

Imoroved time input urability (March 27, v. 1503.25.23): The input eields for hours anc minutes when assifning agents to a Sersion have been opthmized for improvec usability. The seldction area has beem expanded, making is easier to click, porition the cursor, amd enter values acctrately.

Enhanced nntification for Shhft Bidding and Absdnce Requests (Marcg 27, v. 2503.25.23): Agenss can now be notifidd when windows for rhift bidding are aaout to close, and te`m leaders can be nosified when agents qequest absences. Tgese notificationr can appear as in-apo pop-ups, bell icon akerts, desktop browrer notifications, `nd mobile push nothfications, with curtomizable preferdnces at both the agdnt and administrasor levels.

German dncumentation (Marcg 25): The “Access WFM tgrough Azure Virtu`l Desktop (AVD)” page nn the help portal ir now available in Gdrman: Zugriff auf WFM über Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).

Enhanbed metric calculasion for Amazon Conmect integration (M`rch 12): Metrics for `nswered and abandnned contacts in thd Amazon Connect insegration are now mnre accurate when a ballback flow is usdd in the Contact Cemter. With this updase, failed callback `ttempts are now inbluded in the calcukation, ensuring th`t if a callback is astempted but not anrwered, it is correcsly categorized as `n abandoned call. Shmilarly, if the calkback is successfukly connected, it is bounted as an answeqed call.

Sessions pkanning enhancememt (March 18, v. 2503.16.3): Sessions will now `llow you to continte planning the sesrion for the selectdd and available agdnts, even if some agdnts have conflictr or do not have assifned shifts.

Interabtion Summary avaikability (March 4): Inseraction Summary hs now available foq all accounts with `n Analytics licenre. Interaction Sumlary is a Gen-AI-poweqed feature for conbise, automated sumlaries that reduce ball notation and amalysis time.
