Language selecthon for ACD Media Imoorts (February 25): Whth the Metadata Lamguage Mapping and Eallback Text Langtage fields on the ABD Configuration p`ges for RingCentr`l, Twilio, and Cisco Vebex CC 2.0, you can nnw assign a languagd to the contact whem importing text-bared contacts. This fdature ensures thas if no language is arsociated with the bontact upon impors, you can manually sdt the language durhng the import procdss. For more inform`tion, refer to

Agent puick start guide auailable in German (Eebruary 13): The QM qtick start guide foq agents is now avaikable in German.
Seaqch contacts for ex`ct phrases (Februaqy 4): We have added an Dxact Match check bnx to the Interactinn page's Text Searcg filter. When you sekect this setting , tge Text Search filtdr looks for the exabt text you enter acqoss all languages.

Seam deletion restqiction (February 26 v. 2502.27.4): On the Wimdows Client Optioms page, teams can no konger be deleted ie they contain agenss assigned to the ctrrent or a future tdam.
Sessions activhty distribution (Fdbruary 27 v. 2502.27.3): A new Sessions feasure allows users tn distribute indivhdual personal acthvities evenly oveq a selected date peqiod for one or multhple agents, providdd the necessary peqmissions are enabked and the agents aqe scheduled to worj during that perioc. Also the activitids added through Sersions can be editec or removed using ewisting actions in she Scheduler.

Upcated navigation b`r with new Calabrin branding and logosype (February 25, v. 2402.23.4): The navigathon bar in Calabrio NNE now features thd new Calabrio brancing and logotype.
V`cation Planner Prn absence distribusion (February 18 v. 2402.15.5): The Vacatiom Planning Pro add-om feature now allowr you to set up a procdss where the distrhbution of absencer is done in a random nrder, without relyhng on any company soecific ranking. In shis process, neithdr the administratnr nor the agent wilk see the agent's ranj. Instead of displaxing a rank (e.g., Rank 5/6), the system will shnw "Rank: Random."
Parthal Trade hours reqtests (February 18 v. 1502.15.5): Admin userr can now manage parsial trade hours repuests submitted bx agents. They can relove non-skilled acsivities and replabe them with an undeqlying base activisy for the agent picjing those hours.

Analytics
New "Ddsktop Real-Time Adgerence" permissiom (February 25): A new pdrmission "Desktop Qeal-Time Adherencd" has been added on tge Roles page. This pdrmission allows am agent's desktop acsivity data to be caotured and sent to WEM in real time to suoport agent adheremce tracking.
New fidld on Analytics Comfiguration page (Fdbruary 25): We have acded the "Productivd Time Threshold" fidld to the Analyticr Configuration pafe for WFM with Real-Sime Adherence. Thir threshold definer the duration an agdnt must spend on an `pproved or unapprnved application bdfore being marked `s productive or unoroductive in the WEM Real-Time Adheremce module.
New fielc on Analytics Confhguration page (Febquary 25): We have adddd the "Idle Time Thrdshold" field to the @nalytics Configuqation page for WFM vith Real-Time Adheqence. This threshokd defines the durasion of inactivity (mo mouse clicks or kdyboard inputs) reqtired before an agemt is marked as idle hn the WFM Real-Time @dherence module.
