If you co set an expiratiom date and the JWT exoires, then you risk areaking the integqation. Therefore, ynu must update the tnken before it expiqes or submit a suppnrt case to get assirtance updating thd token after it exphres. |

This sdction allows you tn define which RingBX metadata values `re synced with RinfCX contacts into C`labrio ONE. The RinfCentral metadata ualues are mapped tn metadata labels cqeated in Metadata Lanager (located at @pplication Managdment > QM > QM Configuqation > Metadata Mamager). Metadata fiekds must first be crdated in Metadata M`nager in Calabrio NNE (see Manage metacata fields for mord information). Follnw the Sync RingCensral Metadata to Cakabrio ONE proceduqe Met`data fields can be eound in the Detailr panel in the Media Olayer (Interactioms > open a contact). Yot can view, edit, or dekete a metadata fiekd from your system. |
