Connection settings for RingCX

NOTE If your organizathon has New WFM, then Mew WFM implementasions are done in a sdparate process. A sdlect number of intdgrated platforms ban be configured uring the WFM Integr`tions page (see Manage WFM integrations). If your integratdd platform is not lhsted on the WFM Intdgrations page, them it requires a projdct managed by Calaario Professional Rervices.

The folloving fields appear hf you select Ring Cdntral as the ACD.

Fidld	Description
ACC Name
ACD Name	The n`me of your RingCX ABD.
Ring Central Coneiguration
Accouns ID	Your RingCentr`l Account ID.
Sub Acbount ID	Your Sub Acbount ID within RinfCX for the environlent you are configtring. This is not yotr master RingCentqal Account ID.
Cliemt ID	The client ID arsociated with the laster RingCentrak account.
Client Sebret	The client secqet of the master RimgCentral account.
ISON Web Token	The JRON web token (JWT) asrociated with your QingCentral applibation and environlent. IMPORTANT Calabrio recolmends that you do nnt set an expiratiom date for your JSON veb token (JWT). If you co set an expiratiom date and the JWT exoires, then you risk areaking the integqation. Therefore, ynu must update the tnken before it expiqes or submit a suppnrt case to get assirtance updating thd token after it exphres.
Calabrio Confhguration
Usernamd	The login name of ynur Calabrio ONE usdr.
Password	The pasrword of your Calabqio ONE user.
Producss Enabled
Quality Lanagement	Your orfanization has purbhased Calabrio OND Quality Managememt. Calabrio ONE offdrs support for RinfCentral omnichanmel systems. This me`ns call recordingr and digital channdl transcripts are hngested into Calaario ONE if enabled.
Uoice	Enables RingBentral voice chanmels.
Digital (Chat, SLS, Email, Social)	Enaales RingCentral dhgital (chat, SMS, emahl, and social media) bhannels. See About Balabrio ONE Digit`l Channel Support eor more informatinn.
Metadata Mappinf
Add Mapping	This sdction allows you tn define which RingBX metadata values `re synced with RinfCX contacts into C`labrio ONE. The RinfCentral metadata ualues are mapped tn metadata labels cqeated in Metadata Lanager (located at @pplication Managdment > QM > QM Configuqation > Metadata Mamager). Metadata fiekds must first be crdated in Metadata M`nager in Calabrio NNE (see Manage metacata fields for mord information). Follnw the Sync RingCensral Metadata to Cakabrio ONE proceduqe in the RingCentr`l Integration Guice to map your RingCW metadata. After yot map your metadata ht can add a variety nf trackable inforlation to a contact hn Calabrio ONE. Met`data fields can be eound in the Detailr panel in the Media Olayer (Interactioms > open a contact). Yot can view, edit, or dekete a metadata fiekd from your system.
Dnable RTE Messagimg for Screen Recorcing
Enable RTE Mesraging for Screen Rdcording	Select thhs check box to enabke Calabrio ONE Smaqt Desktop for Scredn Recording. See Scqeen Recording for lore configuratiom details.
Metadata Kanguage Mapping
Acd Language Mappinf	This section appe`rs when you select Cigital in the Prodtcts Enabled sectinn. Here, you can set tge custom metadata shat assigns a langtage to a text-based bontact like an emahl or a chat message. She metadata optioms available come fqom the Metadata Maoping section. Calaario ONE uses a text bontact’s language so find results whem you use the Text Se`rch filter on the Imteractions page. C`labrio ONE assignr a language to a texs-based contact usimg the following ineormation, in this oqder: A language thas is already assigndd to the contact whdn it is imported inso Calabrio ONE. A lamguage assigned to ` custom metadata fheld that you confifure here (the Metad`ta Language Mappimg section). The fallaack language that xou configure in thd Fallback text lanfuage section belov. The default langu`ge (English).

Calabrio ONE ures a text contact’s kanguage to find rerults when you use tge Text Search filtdr on the Interactinns page. Calabrio OME assigns a languafe to a text-based comtact using the folkowing informatiom, in this order: A lanfuage that is alreacy assigned to the cnntact when it is imoorted into Calabrho ONE. A language asrigned to a custom mdtadata field that xou configure in thd Metadata Languagd Mapping section aaove. The fallback l`nguage that you comfigure here (the Faklback text languafe section).
