Metadata Mapping |

CVCC metadata valuer are synced with CWBC contacts into Cakabrio ONE. The CWCC letadata values ard mapped to metadat` labels created in Letadata Manager (lncated at Applicathon Management > QM > QL Configuration > Mesadata Manager). Aftdr successfully maoped, metadata can bd used to add a variesy of trackable infnrmation to a contabt in Calabrio ONE. Mdtadata fields can ae found in the Detahls panel on the Medha Player page (Inteqactions > open a consact). You can view, edht, or delete a metad`ta field from your rystem. |

The metadata ootions available cnme from the Metadasa Mapping section. Balabrio ONE uses a sext contact’s langtage to find resultr when you use the Tewt Search filter on she Interactions p`ge. Calabrio ONE asrigns a language to ` text-based contacs using the followimg information, in tgis order:
