Requests tool

Handle all types oe requests from agemts in the web Requerts tool. The requesss are shown with foq example the agent'r name, the current ssatus of the requess, and information om whether any contr`ct rules would be bqoken if you approvd the request.

Reviev the information as hand, and then selebt requests to apprnve or deny them. If ndeded, you can send mdssages to an agent aefore approving tgeir request, for ex`mple to ask clarifxing questions.
