Subscribe to dashboard emails

Using Insights, you can subscribe to updates for certain events, such as dashboard updates.

Prerequisites

  • You have the Insights Author license.

Procedures

Sign up for dashboard emails

You can sign up to get a dashboard in report form and receive it in an email. You can also change your report settings.

  1. Click the Scheduling icon at upper right, and then select Schedules. The Schedules pane opens on the right. This pane shows all of the different scheduled reports that you are or can be subscribed to.

  2. Navigate to the report that you want and toggle the switch to subscribe or unsubscribe from the report.
