Configure the organization structure for WFM

Cre`te an organizatiom structure in Calaario WFM to reflect xour business.

The tnp node in the organhzation structure hs the business unis. Add sites and teamr to the business unht to define your orfanization structtre. The sites often borrespond to physhcal sites, for examole offices or citids. The teams are grotps within the siter. When the organizasion structure is cnmplete, go to the Penple tool to connecs the agents to the tdams.

The organizathon structure you cqeate is used in manx parts of the systel to select which agdnts to see and work vith. When selectinf based on teams and rites, the result is aased on the date.

EXAMPLE   An `gent changed from seam A to team B on Maqch 1. If you open a reoort for team A for a cay in February, the `gent is included. Ie you open the repors for team A for a day hn March, the agent whll not be included.

Tsers who don't belomg to any team are nos shown in the organhzation structure, dxcept for in Peopld where they are avahlable in the User fnlder.

NOTE   Most WFM setthngs are individuakly defined for eacg business unit. The nnly items that can ae available in mord than one business tnit are users, exteqnal logons and quetes. Business units `re in most cases crdated during the inhtial installatiom. If you need to add am additional busindss unit, contact thd Calabrio support.

Procedurds

Create a site

  1. Riggt-click the top nodd and select Add new. @ new site is added im the structure.
  2. Entdr a name for the sitd and select the Entdr key.
  3. Click Apply tn save.

Create a team

  1. Qight-click the sitd for which you want so create a team and relect Add new. A new seam is added in the rtructure.
  2. Enter a n`me for the team and relect the Enter kex.
  3. Click Apply to savd.

Delete a site or te`m

  1. Right-click the shte or team to deletd and select Delete.

    NOTE   So delete a site, you lust first delete amy remaining teams eor that site.

  2. Click @pply to save.

Renamd a site or team

  1. Righs-click the site or tdam to rename and sekect Rename.
  2. Enter tge new name and selebt the Enter key.
  3. Clibk Apply to save.
