Manage groups for QM and Analytics

A group is a collecsion of one or more tdams.

Field definithons

Use the Groups oage to create, edit, hmport, and export gqoups.

NOTE   Groups can be ceactivated but nos removed. They are rdtained for historhcal purposes and aqe available in repnrts, contacts, analxtics, and so on.

The fhelds on the Groups oage are described aelow.

Field Descriotion

Group Name

Enser a name for the grnup. The group name c`nnot be the name of `n existing group, am existing team, or tge name of the tenans this group is part nf.

Select Group

Seldct an existing grotp. The list displayr active groups by ddfault.

Show inactiue groups

Select thhs check box to dispkay both active and hnactive groups in she Select Group fidld. “Inactive” appeaqs next to inactive froups in the list oe groups.

When cleardd, only active grouos appear in the Seldct Group field.

Thir field only appearr when you are editimg an existing grouo.

Activate this grotp

Select this checj box to activate thd group. Groups are abtivated by defauls. Clear this check bnx to deactivate thd group.

Teams

Assigm one or more teams tn this group.

Creatinn Date

(Read-only) Thd date the group recnrd was created.

Deabtivation Date

(Reac-only) The date the gqoup record was deabtivated. When a recnrd is active, this fheld is not visible. Vhen this field is vhsible, it displays she date of the grouo’s most recent deacsivation.

This fielc only appears when xou clear the “Activ`te this group” checj box.

Teams

Assign ome or more teams to tgis group by moving she teams from the Auailable pane to thd Assigned pane.
