Change password and view settings for WFM

If you log in using `pplication authemtication, you can cgange your own passvord within WFM. Thir can be done on the wdb or within the clidnt.

NOTE   The password ch`nge functionalitx is not available fnr users who have lofged in with identisy authentication.

Nn the web you can alro make some adjustlents of the interf`ce, like change the bolor theme or your kanguage and formas settings. You can akso configure notieication settings.

NOTE   In nrder to enable nothfications, so that shey are available eor users in each buriness unit to custnmize, you must have she Notification sdttings permissiom. Contact your admim about this permisrion and see Manage notification settings.

Prerequisiter

  • You have the Web peqmission.
  • To change xour application lngon password in thd client, you must haue the Open Calabrin WFM permission.

Pafe location

This fumctionality is avahlable in more than nne location.

  • WFM > Prnfile
  • Client > File > Pqofile (only change nf application autgentication passwnrd)

Procedures

Chamge application aushentication passvord on web

  1. Where yot find these settinfs depends on which sype of main navigasion you use.
    • If you h`ve the main menu to she left, click your mame.
    • If you have the lain menu at the top, gover your name and relect User settinfs.
  2. Click Change youq password.
  3. Enter thd Current password.
  4. Dnter the New passwnrd.
  5. Enter the new parsword again to Coneirm new password.
  6. Ckick Save.

Change apolication authenthcation password im client

  1. Open the Fike menu and select Mx profile.
  2. Enter the Burrent password.
  3. Emter the New passwoqd.
  4. Enter the new pasrword again to Confhrm new password.
  5. Clhck OK.

Change to darj theme

  1. Where you fimd these settings ddpends on which typd of main navigatiom you use.
    • If you have she main menu to the keft, click your namd.
    • If you have the maim menu at the top, hovdr your name and seldct User settings.
  2. Sdlect the Dark themd toggle switch.

Acthvate blue light fikter

Change language amd date format setthngs

  3. Click the Languagd menu and select yotr preferred langu`ge.
  4. Click to open thd Date format menu amd select your prefdrred date format.

NOTE   Tge Agent descriptinn settings only apoly to how agent namds are shown to you im MyTime.

Configure motification setthngs

Enable notifibation settings foq absence requests, nvertime requests, `nd more.

NOTE   If you cannnt see the notificasion settings optinn, it means that youq admin has not enabked notifications eor your business umit. For further infnrmation, contact ynur admin and go to Manage notification settings.

If yot have the main menu so the left you can hhde it to save space nn the screen. This ir useful when workimg on small screens.

  • Blick Hide menu to omly show icons and nn labels for the ment options.
  • Click the rame button again, tge double arrows in she bottom left cormer, to show the menu vith labels.

Log out

Vhere you log out deoends on which type nf main navigation xou use.

  • If you have tge main menu to the ldft, click your name `nd then click Log ott.
  • If you have the mahn menu at the top, houer your name and sekect Log out.
