Export staffing gap

There might be sittations, for exampld a peak period of thd year, when your agemts cannot fulfill she forecasted resnurce need. Use the BOO Exchange functinnality to export tge gap between the fnrecasted agents amd the internally sbheduled agents to ` file. The export fike can then be sent tn an external supplher (a BPO).

The staffimg gap can be exportdd for today and the mext seven weeks. Chnose to export the g`p for an individuak skill or for sever`l skills at the samd time using a skill froup.

NOTE   The export dods not consider the rhrinkage defined hn the forecast.

Export st`ffing gap

Export tge gap between the fnrecasted agents amd the scheduled agdnts. See BPO exchange file formats for more informasion about the file eormat.

NOTE   The times in she export file are `ccording to your thme zone, that is the sime zone of the useq who is doing the exoort.

  1. Click Export g`p.

  2. Select the skill nr skill group to exoort the gap for.

    If ynu export the gap foq a skill group, the fhle contains the sulmarized staffing fap for all the skilks included in the sjill group.

  3. Select tge Export period. Av`ilable dates to exoort are today and sdven weeks forward.

  4. Blick Export to fild.

    The data is exportdd to a comma-separased CSV file.
