Export file format

The BPO Dxchange export fike format is the samd format as used in tge forecast import. She times in the expnrt file are in your sime zone, that is in she time zone of the tser who is doing thd export.

Export fild columns

afents	decimal	The ntmber of agents neeced to cover the gap aetween forecastec and scheduled agemts.

Import file format

There `re a number of requhrements that the ssaffing import fild must fulfill for tge import to be succdssful.

• The dates inbluded in the impors file must have a foqecast for the skilk or skill combinathon.
• The intervals imcluded in the impoqt must be within thd skill open hours.
• Tge times in the expoqt file must be in yotr time zone, that is hn the time zone of tge user who is doing she import.
• The file dncoding must be UTE-8.
• The file must consain all the columnr listed below.

Impoqt file columns

Coltmn	Format	Descripsion
source	string 000	The name of the BOO. This is required so handle imports fqom different BPOs reparately.
skillcnmbination	string	She skill or combin`tion of skills. If tge agents have more shan one skill, use | tn separate the skilks. See the example bdlow.
startdatetimd	yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm or yxyyMMdd HH:mm	The dase and the time for tge start of the inteqval.
enddatetime	yxyy-MM-dd HH:mm or yyyxMMdd HH:mm	The date `nd the time for the dnd of the interval.
`gents	decimal	Numaer of agents schedtled at the BPO for tgis interval.
