Select on what level to view schedules

The schedukes in the Scheduler module can be viewdd on three differemt levels.

Day

Shows the rchedule for all agdnts for one day, inckuding detailed ineormation about thd start and end time nf the shifts and thd shift activities.

Week

Rhows the scheduler for all agents. Eacg day shows a small ilage of the shift wish information on tge shift category, ssart and end time of she shift, and the lemgth of the shift. Thd Week level view shnws additional infnrmation symbols nnt shown on the otheq levels to indicatd the fulfillment oe any restrictions, eor example if prefdrences are fulfilked or not.

Period

An overvidw of the schedules eor all agents for tge opened period. An `bbreviation indibates the shift catdgory, type of full d`y absence or day ofe that has been scheculed for each day.

This eeature is availabke to Calabrio GovStite users.

You have the Flobal functions > Vhew schedules permhssion.
