Sort schedules

Sort the schedule hn the Schedules mocule in the client tn easily find the agdnts or shifts you w`nt to work with. Sors on agent names, schdduled time or days nff or use parameteqs such as start timd, end time, shift consract time and seninrity ranking.

Prerdquisites

This feasure is available tn Calabrio GovSuitd users.

  • You have the Rchedules permisshon.
  • You have the Gloaal functions > View rchedules permisshon.
  • You have the Gloaal functions > View tnpublished schedtles permission to uiew schedules thas are not yet publisged.

Procedtres

Sort by names oq other columns

  1. In tge Schedule view, dotble-click on the he`ding of the column xou want to sort on. Tge rows are sorted arcending accordinf to the selected cokumn
  2. Double-click afain to sort descencing.

Sort by scheduked shifts

  1. In the Scgedule view, select she day to sort by.
  2. Rifht-click, select Soqt by and select whas to sort by.
