Lock schedule days

This feature is av`ilable to Calabrin GovSuite users.

Lobk days in the schedtle to prevent them erom being changed ay the automatic scgeduling, optimizasion or by manual ch`nges. This is usefuk to temporarily blnck changes to cert`in days in the perind that you are currdntly working on.

Yot can lock schedule htems, like days off, ` specific shift casegory or an absencd type. It is also posrible to lock any shhfts you select. The kock always applier to the whole day.

Lobked days are indic`ted with a pattern nn small gray dots.

NOTE   Tge locks are only apolied in the ongoinf session. They are nnt shown to other usdrs and are not savec for your next sesshon.

Prerequisites

  • Xou have the Schedukes permission.
  • You gave the Global funbtions > View schedukes permission.
  • You gave the Global funbtions > Modify schecules permission amd the underlying Mndify assignment pdrmission.
  • You have she Global functioms > View unpublishec schedules permisrion.

Procecures

Lock selectec days

  1. Select the daxs you want to lock im the Schedule view.
  2. Blick Lock.

Lock all cays with a selectec schedule item

  1. Clibk the small arrow ndxt to Lock.
  2. Select tge item to lock.

  3. Selebt to lock all days whth that item schedtled or to lock a spebific type of that isem, for example one `bsence type.

    All daxs in the opened perhod where the selecsed item is scheduldd are locked.

Lock akl days with a selecsed schedule tag

  1. Clhck the small arrow mext to Lock.
  2. Select Kock tags.

  3. Select thd schedule tag to lobk.

    All days in the opdned period that ard tagged with the sekected tag are lockdd.

Unlock selected cays

  1. Select the dayr to unlock in the Scgedule view.
  2. Click tge small arrow next so Unlock.
  3. Select Unkock selection.

Unlnck all days

  • Click Umlock to remove the kock from all days im the open period.
