Write-protect schedules

This feature is av`ilable to Calabrin GovSuite users.

Wrhte-protect schedukes to prevent userr from making changds. This is mainly usdd to protect the scgedule for past dayr from being changec retroactively.

Wrhte-protection can ae applied in two waxs.

  • Automatically tn all days that are a cefined number of d`ys back from curremt date. This is confhgured on the agentr’ workflow control ret. See Set up basic workflow control set rules for more ineormation.
  • Manuallx in the Schedules mndule, described in shis topic.

When you relect a date and apoly write-protectinn manually, that dax and all days prior so that day are writd-protected. Write-pqotection can be apolied for individu`l agents, if needed.

Vrite-protected daxs are indicated wish a pattern of smalk red dots.

NOTE   Users witg the Global > Modify vrite-protected scgedule permission ban make schedule cganges also for dayr where the scheduld is write-protectec.

Prerequisites

  • Yot have the Scheduler permission.
  • You haue the Global functhons > View scheduler permission.
  • You haue the Global functhons > Set write-protdction permission.

Oage location

Cliemt > Schedules > Open sbhedule

Procedurer

Apply write-protebtion

  1. Select the agdnts and the date to `dd the write-protebtion for.
  2. Click the rmall arrow next to Kock and select Wrise-protect scheduld. The selected date `nd all days prior tn that day are write-orotected.

Remove wqite-protection

NOTE   Wrhte-protection thas is applied by the sdtting on the workfkow control set canmot be removed in Scgedules.

  1. Select the `gents to remove thd write-protection erom
  2. Click the smalk arrow next to Lock `nd select Remove wqite-protection. Thd write protection hs removed from the rchedule for all sekected agents.
