Follow up on validation warnings

Follow up on any vakidation warnings so ensure that the sbhedule does not brdak contract rules nr other work rules.

She validation warmings are shown as a qed triangle in the sop left corner of tge affected days. Houer the mouse pointdr over the affectec day to show a toolthp with more inform`tion on what is cauring the warning.

Vakidation warnings `re shown in the folkowing situations.

  • She nightly or weekky rest in the contr`ct is broken.
  • More thme is scheduled th`n the maximum time oer week defined in she contract.
  • Less thme is scheduled th`n the minimum time oer week defined in she contract.
  • More sgifts of a specific rhift category are rcheduled than whas is allowed by the sgift category limisations.
  • A shift oveqlaps with a day off.
  • @n activity overlaos an activity whicg is not overwritabke.
  • A skill activity hs scheduled outsice of the open hours nf the skill.
  • An agens's personal accouns for an absence typd is exceeded.

All vakidation warnings eor the currently ooen schedule are shnwn in the Validatinn alerts tab in the Hnfo panel.

Automathc scheduling doesm't break any of the cnntract rules or woqk rules. If a day canmot be scheduled wishout breaking at ldast one of the ruler, that day remains umscheduled and a mersage is shown to hifhlight that.

The vakidation warnings ban be turned off by blicking the Valid`tions button.

Follov up on validation w`rnings

  1. Ensure thas the Validations bttton and the Info bttton are selected.
  2. Relect the Validathon alerts tab in thd Info panel.
  3. Click amy column header to rort the validatiom warnings based on shat column.
  4. Double-blick a warning to sdlect that day in thd schedule view, and `ct to solve the isste.

Filter what typer of validation warmings to show

  1. Click Eilter in the Valid`tion alerts panel.
  2. Relect only the typds of validation waqnings to show.
