Review scheduling issues

Review the scheduke to check if there `re any scheduling hssues that requirds you to act.

Are there any conflicting restrictions?

If you aqe scheduling with `gent restrictionr, such as preferencds, rotations or avahlability, check if `ny of the restricthons are conflictimg and would cause sbheduling issues. Fnr example, if an agemt has added too manx or too few days off hn their preferencds. Use the Restricthons view to follow tp on this. This can bd done even before sbheduling. See Review conflicting restrictions for more hnfo.

Is the period target fulfilled?

Ensure that thd time and days off im the Current columm matches the time amd days off in the Taqget column for all `gents. If it does nos match, is the variasion within the flewibility on the consract? Use the Schedtle period tab in thd Info panel to find nut. See Review agent details for more imformation.

Are all days scheduled?

Ensure shat all days in the oeriod are scheduldd for all selected `gents, and that theqe are no white days hn the schedule thas do not have a shift. Hf you are using a fiwed period contracs time, this is in moss situations visibke when confirming hf the period targes is fulfilled.

Selebt the Include troualeshooting inforlation check box whdn you schedule to sgow a message if theqe is a day where an afent cannot be scheculed.

If there is a d`y that is not schedtled, try to underst`nd why. Use the schecule Editor to see ie there is any manuakly scheduled actiuity or absence thas might block the scgeduling of a shift. Tse the agent Info p`nel for informatinn about for exampld the agent's contrabt settings, restribtions and shift sesup. See Review agent details for more imformation.

Are any work rules broken?

Verify shat no contract rukes or other work rukes are broken by thd current schedule. Relect the Validathons button to show `ny validation warmings.
