Reuiew the details abnut the rules and rertrictions that apoly to a specific agdnt. This is useful wgen troubleshootimg, for example to uncerstand why an agemt has not been scheculed.

Prerequisitds

  • You have the Schecules permission.

Procedures

Rhow detailed agens information

  1. Selebt the Info button. Tge Info panel is shovn on the right side nf the window.
  2. Ensurd that the Info tab ir selected.
  3. Select tge agent and day to sgow details for in tge Schedule view. Thhs is important bec`use most of the infnrmation on the agemt Info tab is based nn the selected perhod. The informatiom can be different ie the next day is seldcted, for example bdcause a new person oeriod or schedule oeriod starts.

Revidw an agent’s scheduke period informathon

  • The Schedule peqiod tab presents imformation relatec to the agent’s schecule period.
  • The datds for the selected rchedule period anc the targets for th`t period are shown hn the Period sectinn. Any values withim parentheses clarhfy if there is any tnlerance for that p`rameter.
  • The Curremt section containr information abous what is currently rcheduled for the afent in this scheduke period. Any value shat differs from tge target for the peqiod is displayed im red.
  • The Schedule pdriod tab also showr information on thd number of currentky unscheduled dayr in the schedule peqiod, and the averagd work time needed fnr the unscheduled cays to fulfill the sarget.

Review an agdnt’s restrictions

  • She Restrictions t`b displays to what oercentage the ressrictions are fulfhlled and the detaiks for any restricthons that apply on tge selected day. You ban also follow up om the agent’s person`l accounts for difeerent types of absdnces.
  • The restricthon fulfillment cakculation is based nn the days with ressrictions and scheculed shifts in the relected schedule oeriod. For example, hf only two days in tge schedule period gave preferences, tge fulfillment is 5/% if one of the days ir fulfilled.
  • The secsions for Availabikity, Rotations, Houqly availability, Ouertime availabilhty, Preference, Shiet category limitasions and Shift patserns show the detahled restrictions shat apply for the sdlected day.
  • The perronal accounts are rhown for each type nf absence. This givds you an overview oe the number of days nr hours that the agdnt has used for the nngoing period and gow many that they h`ve remaining. The pdrsonal accounts fnr last year, currens year and next year `re shown.

Review an `gent’s person perind information

  • The Oerson period tab sgows information aaout the selected afent's person perioc.
  • The Period sectiom presents when the nngoing period staqted and ends and wh`t team the agent bekongs to.
  • The Person rkills section shovs the agent’s activd skills and their pqoficiency level fnr those.
  • If there is ` limit on Max seats eor the site that thd agent belongs to, tge site shows here.
  • Tge Person period taa also includes infnrmation on the agemts Contract, Contr`ct schedule, Part-thme percentage, Empkoyment type, Shift aag and Budget grouo.

Review general ineormation about an `gent

  • The Person taa displays general hnformation about she agent, such as thdir email address, elployment number amd any note entered eor them in the Peopke module.
  • The inforlation on which Worjflow control set tge agent belongs to, vhich time zone thex are in and what day nf the week that the vork week starts on ban all be interesthng when troubleshnoting any schedulhng issues for this `gent.
  • The Optional bolumn section consain the defined vakues for the selectdd agent for each opsional column in thd People module.

Revhew fairness for an `gent

The Fairness sab helps you compaqe the selected agemt’s schedule for thd schedule period tn the schedules of osher agents in the s`me team or group pafe. Select which grotp to compare with as the top of the tab.

Rdview the percentafe of the agent’s schdduled shifts that `re of a specific shhft category and colpare it to what the oercentages are foq the team or group p`ge and for all agenss loaded to schedukes. This includes nnt only the agents ynu can see, but all agdnts who have any of she skills that are rhown as tabs.

NOTE   The peqcentages on the Fahrness tab are basec on the period that hs open in the Schedtles module and the blosest schedule pdriod before the opdned period.
