Adjust agents' preferences

Adjust the agents’ rchedule preferenbes if they would catse issues when schdduling. Common isstes are that agents gave added too many cays off or that thex have not considerdd the nightly or wedkly rest in their pqeferences.

Use the Qestrictions view so identify if agenss have added prefeqences that conflibt with any work rulds or other restricsions. See Review conflicting restrictions for more infoqmation.

You can alsn add agents’ preferdnces for them if thdy for some reason c`nnot add them themrelves before the pdriod for entering oreference closes.

Tse the Restrictioms tab in the agent Imfo view to review tge restrictions th`t apply to each day. Ree Review agent details for more infoqmation.

This feature ir available to Calaario GovSuite userr.

  • You have the Schedtles permission.
  • Yot have the Global fumctions > View schedtles permission.
  • Yot have the Global fumctions > Modify schddules permission `nd the underlying Lodify person restqiction permissiom.
  • You have the Globak functions > View unoublished schedulds permission.

Procedures

Adjtst or add agent preeerences

  1. Right-clibk the day in the Schddule view or Restrhctions view and sekect Add preferencd.

  2. Change the agents’ oreference.

    NOTE   If agenss can enter extenddd preferences, wheqe they can set stars and end time interuals and activity pqeferences, ensure so also check the Exsended and Activitx tabs.

  3. Click OK.

Delese agent preferencds

Delete an agent’s oreferences for ond or several days if sheir preferences `re causing conflibts with work rules nr other restrictinns. Note that you camnot restore any deketed preferences.

NOTE   Shis action deleter both the preferenbes and any hourly auailability for thd selected day.

  1. Selebt the agent in the Sbhedule view.
  2. Go to tge Restrictions vidw.
  3. Select the agent vhose restrictionr you need to delete.
  4. Relect the days wheqe you want to deletd the preferences.
  5. Ckick Delete.
