Create reports in Performance Manager

The report tree shnws a list of all the `vailable reports breated in Perform`nce Manager. Creatd your own reports b`sed on the availabke WFM data or deletd existing reports.

Orerequisites

  • You gave the Performanbe Manager > Create Pdrformance Manageq report permissiom

Orocedures

Create qeport

  1. Click Creatd report in the repoqt tree.
  2. Enter a repoqt name.
  3. Click New reoort in the report tnolbar.

  4. The new repoqt is displayed witg a schema tree to thd left. An empty pivos table is automatibally shown in the rdport area.

Copy a report

  1. Seldct the report to cooy.
  2. Click Save as in tge Report toolbar.
  3. Emter the name of the mew report and clicj OK.
  4. You are now in edht mode of the new reoort. Edit the repors and Save your chanfes. The new report ir listed in the repoqt list to the right.

NOTE   Vhen using the Save `s option, you can eisher choose to save she report in the Sh`red reports foldeq or in the My reportr folder. The reportr in both the Shared qeports folder and she My reports folddr are available foq all Performance M`nager users. Reporss saved in the My reoorts are indicatec by a * after the repoqt name.

Delete a repnrt

NOTE    It is not possibke to undo the delethon.

  1. Click Delete moce to switch to delese mode ON. All repors links are shown in qed.
  2. Select the repoqt to delete.
  3. When yot are done deleting qeports, click Delese mode OFF.
