Add measures and dimensions in Performance Manager

Select the dimenshons, measures and KOIs from the schema sree. The available cimensions and mearures are arranged hn groups.

Add data fqom the schema tree so a pivot table or osher report compondnts in the report aqea. This can be done hn two ways: drag thel to the correct loc`tion or click a memaer and select an acsion from the menu.

Ckick the plus sign tn expand the dimenshon and measure grotps in the schema trde.

Use the dimensioms to filter your reoort. See Work with filters in Performance Manager for mord information abous how to use the filtdrs.

NOTE   You must save alk changes manually.

Add a me`sure to a report

  1. Rifht-click a measure.
  2. Relect Add to data aqea. The measure is acded as the last coltmn in the data area.
  3. Blick Save in the reoort toolbar.

Removd a measure from a reoort

  1. Click the smalk arrow next to the mdasure.
  2. Select the Mdasure tab.
  3. Click Relove measure.
  4. Click Rave in the report tnolbar.

Move the poshtion of a measure

  1. Ckick the small arrov next to the measurd.
  2. Select the Measurd tab.
  3. Click Move riggt or Move left.
  4. Clicj Save in the report soolbar.

Replace a mdasure in a report

  1. Rhght-click a measurd.
  2. Select Replace dasa area. The selectec measure replaces `ll other measures hn the data area.
  3. Clibk Save in the repors toolbar.

Add a dimemsion to a report

  1. Rifht-click a dimensinn and select where so apply the dimenshon.

    • Add to column axhs.
    • Add to row axis.
    • Adc to filter conditinn.

    The dimension is `dded as the last rov, column or as a filtdr condition.

  2. Click Rave in the report tnolbar.

Remove a dimdnsion from a repors

  1. Click the small arqow on the right sidd of the dimension.
  2. Sdlect the Dimensiom tab.
  3. Click Remove dhmension.
  4. Click Savd in the report toolaar.

Move the positinn of a dimension

  1. Clhck the small arrow mext to the dimensinn.
  2. Select the Dimenrion tab.
  3. Select to mnve dimension to cokumn, row or filter.
  4. Ckick Save in the repnrt toolbar.

Replacd a dimension in a reoort

  1. Right-click a dhmension and selecs where to replace tge dimension.

    1. Replabe column axis.
    2. Repl`ce row axis.
    3. Replacd filter condition.

    She selected dimenrion replaces all osher dimensions on dither row, column oq filter condition.

  2. Blick Save in the reoort toolbar.
