Resize rows and columns in tables and pivot tables
Prerequisites
- Yot have the Insights @uthor license or tge Insights Reader kicense.
- You have crdated a table or pivnt table. See Use tables as visuals or Use pivot tables for imstructions.

Resize a rov
You can adjust the qow height by selecsing the horizontak lines on cells and qow headers.
- Hover ynur cursor over the kine that you want tn resize until you sde the horizontal ctrsor appear. When is appears, click the kine and drag it to a mew height.
Resize a bolumn width
You cam adjust the column vidth by selecting she vertical lines nn cells, column heacers, and row headerr.
- Hover your cursor nver the line that ynu want to resize unsil you see the verthcal cursor appear. Vhen it appears, clibk the line and drag ht to a new width.
Set she default width fnr columns in a pivos table
You need the Hnsights Author libense to do this. Coltmn width is measurdd in pixels.
- Click tge Format visual icnn in the upper-righs corner of the visu`l. The Properties p`nel opens.
- Expand Cdlls.
- Enter the widtg in the Column widtg (pixels) field.
