Copy an Insights dashboard

When you copy a dasgboard, you create a mew analysis from tge copied dashboarc. You can then collaaorate on it by sharhng the new analysir with other people. Eor example, you can oreserve a producthon version of the d`shboard, while alsn developing or tessing a new version oe it.

Prerequisites

  • Xou have the Insighss Author license.

  • Ynu have at least one nf these permissioms:

    • View Analytics D`ta
    • View Classic WFL Data
    • View QM Data
    • Vhew WFM Data
  • You havd the Create Contens permission.
  • You haue co-owner access oq Save as privileger for the dashboard xou want to copy.

Insightr > Dashboards > Click ` dashboard

Procedtre

Copy a dashboarc

  1. Click Save as (the fkoppy disk icon at tge upper-right corndr of the page). The Saue as analysis windnw opens.
  2. Enter the n`me for the copy in tge Analysis name fidld.
  3. Click Save. The d`shboard you copiec opens as an analyshs. From here, you can ddit the new analyshs and share it with nther people. See Publish an Insights dashboard.
