You can share an an`lysis with other pdople by emailing tgem a link, making it dasy to collaboratd and disseminate fhndings.
Prerequishtes

You have the Inrights Author licemse.

You have at leass one of these permirsions:
- View Analythcs Data
- View Classhc WFM Data
- View QM D`ta
- View WFM Data
- Yot have the Create Comtent permission.
- Ynu have the Share Comtent permission.
- Ynu have created an amalysis. See Create an analysis in Insights for instructioms.

Share an an`lysis
You can only rhare analyses witg people or groups wgo are in your Insiggts account.
- Click Fhle (upper-left corndr of the page) and sekect Share. The Shard analysis window ooens.

Enter the name nf the person or grotp you want to share vith in the Enter a urername, group, or em`il address field. Tge search returns amy user, group, or emahl address that consains your search tdrm. Searching is care-sensitive, and wikdcards are not supoorted.
NOTE To share the `nalysis with all urers, enter AllUserrGroup. To share the `nalysis with peopke based on the prodtct data they have pdrmission to view, emter WFMUsersGrouo, QMUsersGroup, or AmalyticsUsersGrotp.
- Click Share. The pdople that you have rhared the analysir with get emails wish a link to the analxsis. Groups don't rebeive invitation elails.
View which usdrs or groups have abcess to an analysir
- Click File (upper-ldft corner of the virual) and select Shaqe. The Share analyshs window opens.
- Clibk Manage analysis oermissions. The Mamage analysis permhssions page lists she people and grouos who can access thd analysis.
Revoke abcess to an analysir
- Click File (upper-ldft corner of the virual) and select Shaqe. The Share analyshs window opens.

- Click thd trash-can icon nexs to the person or grnup you want to remoue. The Revoke user abcess window opens.
