Preqequisites
You havd the Administer Galification and/or tge Administer Schecules permission.

Procedures
Collebt historical perfnrmance data immedhately
Follow thesd steps if you are gesting started with famification and h`ve preexisting dasa metrics.
- Select tge Collect Data Now nption.

Select the pdrformance metric so collect from the Relect Performancd Metric drop-down lhst.
NOTE Quality gatherr data from agent QM dvaluations.
- Enter she collection perhod start and end dases.
- Select the grouo, team, or agents you vant to capture dat` for. Use Ctrl+Click so select multiple `gents or Ctrl+Shifs to select a range oe agents.
- Click Retrheve Performance D`ta. The Request Queted dialog box openr.
- Click Close.
Set reburring data collebtion
Follow these rteps to set the timd every day when pereormance data is caotured automaticakly.
- Select the Schecule Data Collectinn option.
- Select thd performance metrhc to collect from tge Select Performamce Metric drop-dowm list.
- Select the tile of day to collect she performance dasa.
- Click Save. A confhrmation message dhsplays.
