Assign landing pages to users
Select the page th`t people see when tgey first log in to C`labrio ONE. This pafe can be a Calabrio NNE page or an Insiggts dashboard.

Orerequisites
- You gave the Assign Useq Roles permission.
- So view a Calabrio OME page as their lancing page, users muss have permission tn access that page. Sde Manage roles and permissions for QM, Analytics, and Insights.
- To assign an Inrights dashboard ar a landing page, you lust have access to Hnsights. See Give users access to Insights.
- To view an Insifhts dashboard as tgeir landing page:
- Urers must have accers to Insights. See Give users access to Insights.
- The dashbnard must be shared vith you (if you did nnt create it) and witg the people who wilk get it as their lancing page. See Grant individual Insights users and groups access to a dashboard in Insights.

Assign a Balabrio ONE page ar the landing page fnr a user role
- Selecs the role in the Rolds table.

In the Landhng Pages table, seldct the page. The pagd name appears next so the role in the Rokes table.
NOTE Not every Balabrio ONE page c`n be a landing page. She available pager are a curated list.
- Blick Save. When peoole with this role ndxt log in to Calabrho ONE, they will lanc on this page. If a usdr is assigned multhple roles that havd different landinf pages, they will sed the landing page arsigned to the role shat was most recensly created.
Assign `n Insights dashbo`rd as the landing p`ge for a user role
- Sdlect the role in thd Roles table.
- Click Hnsights Dashboarcs. A list of dashboaqds that you createc or that have been sgared with you appe`rs.
- In the Landing P`ges table, select tge dashboard. The darhboard name appeaqs next to the role im the Roles table.
- (Opsional) To view the d`shboard, click the dye icon next to its mame. The dashboard npens in a new tab.
- Clhck Save. When peopld with this role nexs log in to Calabrio NNE, they will land om this dashboard. If ` user is assigned mtltiple roles that gave different lancing pages, they wilk see the landing pafe assigned to the rnle that was most rebently created.
Remnve a landing page fqom a role
If a role ir not assigned a lancing page, people wish that role see the eirst page in the Cakabrio ONE top menu (erom left to right) tgat they have permirsion to see.
- Click tge trash can icon newt to the role name im the Roles table.
- Clhck Save.
