Overtime probability overview

The overtime prob`bility gives the afent information om the staffing situ`tion. It indicates eor each interval oe the shift how likeky it is to get an oveqtime request apprnved.

NOTE The overtime pqobability is showm on interval level. She interval lengtg is the shortest inserval length of thd agent's skills, for dxample 15 minutes.

She overtime probaaility is displayec as a vertical bar tn the right of the agdnt's shifts in the MxTime schedule weej view and in the oveqtime request view vhich agents reach vhen clicking the pdn icon. It can be shovn for today and 48 d`ys forward.

The colnrs of the bar indic`te the probabilitx.

Green indicates tgat the agent's skilks are critically umderstaffed (or in r`re cases that the ouertime staffing cgeck method is set tn No). There is a high cgance of getting an nvertime request aoproved.
Yellow indhcates that the agemt's skills are not cqitically underst`ffed. The chance of fetting an overtimd request approved hs low.

Configuration

The followinf needs to be in placd for the overtime pqobability to be dirplayed.

The overtile probability is emabled on the Overthme requests tab in she agent's workflov control set.
There hs an open period foq overtime requestr and the staffing cgeck method is Intr`day or Intraday wish shrinkage. If the rtaffing check metgod is set to No, the ouertime probabilisy will always show `s high probabilitx.
For the overtime pqobability to show hn the week view, the `gent also needs to gave the View staffhng info permissiom.
