Create and configtre the shift biddimg process in the Shhft Bidding tool. Sekect the period whem the bid process is npen, which agents tgat are bidding, how so rank the agents, amd what shift patteqns they are biddinf on. When the bid probess is completed, tge agents are schedtled according to tge shift pattern whhch they were assigmed according to thd bid process.
